TERMS AND CONDITIONS POLICY

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for membership in the Chatbot Club offered by Jonas Goldt. It is essential that you read and understand these terms and conditions before subscribing to the membership. By subscribing, you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By subscribing to the Chatbot Club membership, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Your subscription signifies your understanding, agreement, and acceptance of the full Terms and Conditions contained herein.

SECTION 2 - MEMBERSHIP ACCESS

Upon subscription, you will have access to the membership benefits and materials. You are not permitted to share, reproduce, or distribute the membership content without explicit permission from Jonas Goldt. A stable internet connection and a device capable of accessing the membership platform are required.

SECTION 3 - MEMBER EXPECTATIONS AND OBLIGATIONS

As a member, you are expected to engage respectfully in discussions, adhere to the honor code, and respect other members. Disruptive behavior or failure to follow guidelines may result in termination of your membership without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments. You are also expected to respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of fellow members and the provider.

SECTION 4 - PAYMENT TERMS

Payments for the Chatbot Club membership are accepted through the methods provided during the subscription process. In the case of recurring payments, it is your responsibility to ensure that payments are made in a timely manner.

If a recurring payment is not successfully processed, an automatic dunning process will be initiated. This process involves several attempts to collect the defaulted payment. You will receive notifications regarding these attempts, giving you the opportunity to update your payment information and resolve the issue.

If the final attempt to collect the defaulted payment is unsuccessful, access to the Chatbot Club membership portal will be revoked. It is crucial to maintain updated payment information to avoid interruption in membership access.

SECTION 5 - REFUND POLICY

Chatbot Club adheres to a stringent 7-Day Refund Guarantee. Members who subscribe to the Chatbot Club and subsequently determine that the membership does not meet their expectations are entitled to a full refund of their subscription fee. This policy is applicable to all subscription tiers, including yearly, quarterly, or monthly plans.

To initiate the refund process, members must cancel their subscription and submit a refund request via email to support@jonasgoldt.com within seven (7) calendar days from the date of their initial enrollment in the Chatbot Club. Upon receipt of the refund request, the membership fee will be refunded in full to the original payment method used during the subscription. The refund process is straightforward and requires no justification or explanation from the member. Cancellations and refund requests are processed with the utmost expediency to ensure member satisfaction.

Please note that this Refund Policy is strictly limited to the initial seven-day period following membership enrollment. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for consideration.

SECTION 6 - PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal information will be used and protected as outlined in our Privacy Policy, which can be found at Jonas Goldt's Privacy Policy.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All membership content is the property of Jonas Goldt and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or sale of membership materials is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 8 - LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Chatbot Club provides you with chatbot flow templates that you may install on your ManyChat™ account. By installing these templates, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

- These templates are exclusively for members of Chatbot Club™. Installation is permitted only while your subscription is active.

- You are authorized to use these templates solely on Facebook™ and Instagram™ accounts that you own or directly operate for your own business. Using them for clients or third parties is strictly prohibited.

- Redistribution, sharing, selling, or any other transfer of these templates, in whole or in part, is prohibited.

- Use of these templates is at your own risk. Chatbot Club disclaims any responsibility or liability for any issues that may arise from their use.

SECTION 9 - LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES

Jonas Goldt is not liable for any issues that may arise from the use of the membership. Any warranties or disclaimers are clearly stated in the membership materials.

SECTION 10 - TERMINATION OF ACCESS

Failure to meet member expectations, make timely payments, or adhere to the terms of this agreement may result in termination of your membership access.

SECTION 11 - SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of this Terms and Conditions agreement is determined to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This means that if one clause or part of a clause in this agreement is found to be invalid, the rest of the agreement, including all other clauses and parts of clauses, remains valid and in force. This clause ensures the continuity of the agreement even in the face of legal challenges to specific provisions.
